**Qualification**
- Bachelor's in Pharmacy, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- MBA or Master's in Healthcare/Operations Management (preferred).

**Professional Experience**
15+ years of experience in supply chain roles, with 5+ years in a leadership role preferably in a healthcare setting

**Main Objective of the Role**

To coordinate centralized supply chain operations across the hospital network by standardizing procurement, streamlining logistics, and ensuring optimal inventory levels at all locations. The role is critical in enabling cost efficiency, quality assurance, and uninterrupted medical service delivery across all units.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Centralized Procurement Strategy**
- Supervise and implement centralized procurement policies across all hospitals/units.
- Leverage economies of scale through bulk purchasing and framework agreements.
- Ensure all purchases adhere to the group’s compliance and quality standards.

**2. System-Wide Inventory Management**
- Design and oversee a centralized inventory management system.
- Monitor inventory levels across all sites to balance stock distribution and avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Facilitate inter-unit transfer of supplies when needed.

**3. Supply Chain Standardization**
- Establish uniform SOPs for procurement, storage, distribution, and disposal.
- Drive standardization of SKUs, vendor evaluation criteria, and reporting templates across the group.
- Work closely with IT to integrate ERP/HMIS systems across all sites.

**4. Data-Driven Forecasting & Analytics**
- Collect consumption data from all units to drive accurate demand forecasting.
- Monitor key KPIs such as order fulfilment time, inventory turnover, and cost per unit.
- Generate group-wide MIS reports for leadership review.

**5. Vendor & Contract Management**
- Create and maintain a centralized vendor pool for medical and non-medical supplies.
- Lead contract negotiations and maintain SLAs with group-level suppliers.
- Track vendor performance across regions and resolve escalated issues.

**6. Compliance & Quality Oversight**
- Ensure supply chain processes meet statutory, accreditation (NABH, JCI), and internal audit standards.
- Monitor product recalls, expiry alerts, and incident reports centrally.
- Support local supply chain teams during external audits or inspections

**7. Cross-Functional & Regional Coordination**
- Liaise with hospital administrators, medical stores, pharmacy heads, and finance teams across all sites.
- Provide training, support, and process audits to regional store and supply chain managers.
- Act as the nodal point for crisis supply chain planning (pandemic, disasters, etc.).

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
