Job Title: AGM/DGM/GM - Accounts & Finance

Reporting to: Head of Department

Job Location: Arihant Aura **Business** Park Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

**Salary**: 12-23 LPA

Job Summary:
The AGM/DGM/GM - Accounts & Finance will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial and accounting functions of the organization. This role involves strategic planning, financial analysis, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. The incumbent will lead a team of finance professionals, drive financial performance, and provide actionable insights to support the organization’s objectives.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (inter CA) is required.
- Experience: 8 + years of experience in finance and accounting, with 5 years in a managerial role. Experience in Real Estate is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage departmental resources, including budgeting and staffing.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Financial Management:

- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Should have strong knowledge in GST, TDS, PF, PT, Income Tax, ESI, cash flow, budgeting drafting of balance sheet.
- Manage the budgeting process, including forecasting and variance analysis.
- Accounting Oversight:

- Supervise the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions.
- Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting documents.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards GAAP and internal controls.
- Audit and Compliance:

- Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including tax laws, GST laws.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance and analyze variances.
- Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and strategies.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed financial forecasts and risk assessments.
- Compliance & Governance:

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Oversee audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Implement and monitor controls to mitigate financial risk.
- Strategic Planning:

- Collaborate with senior management to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic initiatives and business development.
- Support M&A activities, capital investments, and other strategic projects.
- Operational Efficiency:

- Evaluate and improve financial processes and systems for efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement best practices in financial management and reporting.
- Drive technology upgrades and process automation where applicable.
