**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist the CFO in developing and implementing financial strategies to support the company’s goals.

Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and reports.

Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring efficient cash flow management.

Monitor and control company’s financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, providing insights and recommendations for decision-making.

Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.

Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to finance and accounting.

Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support for various projects and initiatives.

Stay updated on industry trends, financial regulations, and best practices.

**Technical: SAP is Must**

Pay: ₹1,700,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
