Key Responsibilities:
Accounting:
Maintain and reconcile all accounts, including ledgers and journals.

Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

Finance Management:
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Monitor cash flow and ensure the availability of funds for operational needs.

Prepare financial reports for management review and decision-making.

Coordinate with banks for fund transfers, loans, and other banking activities.

Taxation and Compliance:
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.

Ensure timely filing of tax returns and coordinate with tax authorities as needed.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and standards.

Audit Support:
Prepare and provide required documents and information for internal and external audits.

Address audit queries and implement suggested improvements.

Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Support procurement and project teams in budget allocation and expense tracking.

System Management:
Utilize accounting software to maintain accurate financial records.

Contribute to the development of efficient financial systems and processes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in accounts and finance roles.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or QuickBooks).

Strong understanding of Indian financial and taxation regulations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
