**Job description**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Leadership & Strategy**: Lead and manage all administrative functions, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic goals. Develop and implement administrative policies, processes, and practices to improve operational efficiency.
- **Facilities Management**: Oversee the maintenance, safety, and security of office premises and facilities. Ensure a well-functioning work environment by managing vendor contracts, office supplies, and facility upgrades.
- **Budgeting & Cost Control**: Develop and manage budgets for administrative functions. Ensure cost-effective and efficient use of resources while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
- **Compliance & Legal**: Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and safety standards. Collaborate with legal teams to manage contracts, licenses, and certifications related to administrative services.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor the administrative team. Promote a positive and productive work culture, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- **Procurement & Vendor Management**: Manage relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely procurement of goods and services. Monitor vendor performance to ensure adherence to service level agreements.
- **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate risks associated with administrative functions. Ensure business continuity plans are in place for emergencies and unforeseen circumstances.
- **HR Support**: Collaborate with the HR department on workplace policies, health and safety standards, and employee engagement initiatives related to administrative matters.
- **Event & Travel Coordination**: Oversee the organization of corporate events, meetings, and conferences. Manage travel arrangements and logistics for senior management and employees as needed.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. MBA or advanced qualifications preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior administrative or operational management role, preferably in Real Estate.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance, and risk management practices.
- Experience in budget management and cost control.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across the organization
- Minimum 8 Years Experience Required
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
