**Sales and Marketing executive**

Ours is a new firm launching household appliances and kitchen wares. We have planned to launch quality products at attractive price. Our strategy is to make footprints in almost all major business centres in this state and extend gradually to other states. We have standardised our product in quality and after sales service at par with the frontline competitors. Hence it may not be difficult to penetrate our products to the entire state and also to the neighbouring states. In order to optimise the new mission we need a Marketing Manager to act the role of building the strategy of launching the new products as well as maintaining the market of the existing ones and to plan projects of introducing new products in the market.

Job title: Sales and Marketing

Reporting to: The Managing Director (at present )

Age: Between 25 and 45 years

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing the entire functioning of the marketing department

Launching new products in the market and implement strategies to acquire desired market share

Planning, Designing and selling of new products in the market

make sure that the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.

Maintaining sustainable market growth in the organization by proper guidance and coordination with other departments of the organization.

Work Hours & Benefit;
Working time: Monday to Saturday 08.30 AM to 05.30PM

The job requires minimum of fifty percent travel

CTC; 2.25lakhs to 3lakhs per annum plus perks

Education and Experience Requirements

MBA graduate from an advanced institution

10 years of administrative /marketing experience(preferably product marketing /production control )

Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat

Valid drivers license and current automobile insurance

Knowledge of quality guidelines is an added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
