Job Description: Marketing and Sales Executive at Explore Kerala 365
**Responsibilities**:
Market Research: Conduct extensive market research to identify potential homestays, hotels, and resorts in Kerala that align with the company's target audience and brand image.
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively seek out and generate leads for potential partners through various channels, including online platforms, industry events, and networking.
Partner Acquisition: Establish and maintain relationships with identified homestays, hotels, and resorts, presenting Explore Kerala 365 as a valuable business opportunity. Effectively communicate the benefits and advantages of partnering with our company.
Negotiation and Contracting: Collaborate with potential partners to negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and contractual agreements. Ensure that all agreements are mutually beneficial and align with the company's objectives.
Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, concerns, and support. Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners, providing ongoing assistance and guidance to ensure their success.
Sales Conversion: Convert leads into successful partnerships by effectively pitching the unique features and benefits of Explore Kerala 365's services. Employ persuasive sales techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure a seamless experience for partners and customers. Provide input and feedback to enhance marketing strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Prepare regular reports and presentations to highlight key findings, suggest improvements, and support strategic decision-making.
**Requirements**:
Experience: Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the travel and tourism industry. Experience in identifying and acquiring partnerships with hotels, resorts, or hospitality providers is highly desirable.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, market dynamics, and customer preferences. Familiarity with Kerala's tourism sector is a plus.
Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, negotiate, and close deals. Excellent presentation and persuasive skills to engage potential partners and convert leads into successful partnerships.
Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain strong connections with partners. Ability to cultivate trust, resolve conflicts, and provide ongoing support.
Self-Motivation: Proactive and self-driven approach to work, with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets. Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate and coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams. Willingness to contribute ideas, share knowledge, and support team members to achieve common goals.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales software, and online platforms for lead generation and sales tracking.
Availability: Flexibility to travel within Kerala or other locations as required for business meetings, conferences, or partner visits.
