Counsel the patient/ attendant and explain about the Treatment modalities/Surgery
- Give estimation, including bed charges, Surgery charges, nursing charges etc., before admitting a Patient.
- Record if the patient is an Insurance Patient, Corporate Patient or Cash Patient
- Assess the financial condition and Health condition of the Patient and advice for suitable category of ward / ICU
- Managing the availability of Beds and ensure a smooth transfer of patients from ICU to Ward.
- Facilitate Admission of the patients as per the requirement
- Clearance for Surgery
- Co-ordinate between patient and doctor in scheduling appointments
- Arrange meetings of Patients with Primary consultant
- Scheduling patients records, details over mail and telephone.
- Co-ordinate between the patient and doctor
- Managing Visiting/ Guest consultants to our facility. Appointment scheduling and information to all stake holders such as Reception, OT Co-ordinator and In-charge.
- Ability to work in a team environment should be good with handling people and making avail care and treatment at hospital.
- Maintaining & Updating patient details and follow up with them
- Keeping the patients/ attendants informed about the status of their Bill and dues to ensure that the dues are cleared.
- Should have a thorough understanding of systems and processes that are to be followed in a healthcare facility.
- To ensure excellent care and service to all the patients, to co-ordinate with doctor in patient care whenever required.
- Complaints redressal, feedback, to ensure all appointments in time, preoperative and postoperative follow.
- To ensure a Hassel free and Timely Discharge.
- Conversion OPD patient to Inpatient by proper counselling and taking the patient into confidence.
- To meet Patients in the Morning and Evening to build the rapport.

Education /Skill:
Must have Graduation degree.

Must have experience as PRO in Health Care Industry

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
