Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and confident Marketing & PR Executive to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing corporate relationships, implementing marketing strategies, and enhancing the company's brand presence. This role involves regular client visits, developing long-term partnerships, and ensuring positive public engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit corporate offices to promote company services and build strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Develop and execute marketing and PR strategies to increase brand awareness and business growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to create marketing materials, campaigns, and press releases.
  • Plan and participate in promotional activities, events, and corporate meets.
  • Handle client communications and ensure consistent follow-ups for retention and satisfaction.
  • Manage social media and public relations efforts to strengthen the company's public image.
  • Prepare marketing reports, analyze campaign performance, and suggest improvements.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain a healthy client pipeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, PR, or Client Relationship Management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Good knowledge of marketing trends, branding, and public engagement.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and corporate visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
