We are hiring on behalf of a leading global digital asset exchange that is expanding its brand presence and community engagement across Asia. The team is seeking a creative and proactive Marketing / PR / Events Specialist with strong regional market understanding and experience managing digital campaigns across key social platforms.

Responsibilities : 
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing, PR, and event strategies to drive brand awareness and community growth across the region.

  • Plan and manage online and offline events, including community activations, partnerships, and conferences.

  • Build and maintain relationships with regional media, KOLs, and community partners to enhance brand visibility.

  • Localize and adapt marketing content and campaigns for regional audiences, ensuring alignment with global messaging.

  • Oversee social media growth and engagement across WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, and other relevant platforms.

  • Track performance metrics, analyze campaign outcomes, and provide insights to optimize future initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, PR, or event management, ideally within crypto, fintech, or tech industries.

  • Strong familiarity with regional digital ecosystems and social media platforms (e.g., WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili).

  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
