**Job Summary**:
The Marketing Coordinator in a real estate business is responsible for driving marketing strategies to promote property listings, attract potential buyers, and facilitate property sales. This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, digital advertising, social media management to generate leads and convert them into sales. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator will assist in the sales process by creating attractive offers and providing marketing support to close deals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Campaigns & Lead Generation**:

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads for property sales.
- Manage property listings on websites and social media platforms, ensuring they are attractive and up-to-date.
- **Client Outreach & Sales Pitching**:

- Call potential buyers to follow up on leads, pitch properties, and answer queries.
- Conduct property viewings and virtual tours, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches to convert leads into sales.
- **Sales Support & Closing Deals**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and finalize property transactions.
- Assist in negotiating offers and closing sales, ensuring smooth transactions for clients.
- Provide marketing support, including promotional materials and presentations, to assist in deal closures.
- **Digital Marketing & Content Creation**:

- Run targeted digital ad campaigns (social media) to attract buyers.
- **Reporting & Analytics**:

- Track the performance of marketing activities and provide regular reports on lead generation and sales performance.
- Adjust strategies based on data to maximize conversions and sales.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
