**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Planning and Coordination**: Assist in event planning, budget preparation, and client meetings.
- **Logistics**: Coordinate venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations.
- **Marketing**: Help develop and distribute marketing materials and promote events.
- **Client and Vendor Relations**: Maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
- **On-site Management**: Provide on-site support and handle issues during events.
- **Post-Event**: Assist in post-event evaluations, process payments, and prepare reports.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1 year of event coordination experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
