**Key Responsibilities:Operations Management**:

- Oversee daily logistics operations, including transportation.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and clients to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to improve operational processes.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement cost-effective solutions.

**Marketing & Business Development**:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote logistics services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business growth targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients.
- Develop and maintain a strong customer service culture within the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree (Graduation in any discipline is mandatory).
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in logistics or a related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets within deadlines.
- Passion for sales and marketing with a results-driven approach.
