EXPERIENCE: Having minimum 2-4 years experience in patient care management in hospital.

Responsibilities :

  • Upon information from incharge (Fo) to ensure that bed is ready and remote is provided.

  • Welcome Kit

  • Explain patient when doctor will come, what sisters will do & process flow of Patient treatment. Bedside receive /handover of patient.

  • If scheduled for surgery, explain when pre-operative Exam will be done.

  • Obtain PAC Clearance.

  • Time of schedule surgery, Pre-op preparation

  • Package for OT to be informed to attendants.

  • Daily problems of HK & Maintenance

  • When patient is advised for Discharge and processed for billing, information should be provided to House Keeping for return of Items and cross check of check list.

  • Explain patient about Discharge time norms and Co-ordination.

  • Explain about add on services

  • Rating

  • TAT/Time norm for discharge.

Timely delivery of food & maintain of food quality
