**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Media Relations**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients.
- Proactively pitch story ideas and secure media coverage for the brand.
- **Content Creation & Strategy**:

- Develop and execute PR strategies that align with the company's brand objectives.
- Craft compelling content for press releases, blog posts, newsletters, and speeches.
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to ensure consistency in messaging across all channels.
- **Brand Management**:

- Monitor public opinion and manage the company’s reputation in the media.
- Ensure that brand values and key messages are accurately communicated in all external communications.
- Coordinate media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and public awareness.
- **Crisis Communication**:

- Develop crisis communication plans and respond quickly and effectively to any negative media coverage or brand issues.
- Liaise with senior management to ensure timely and accurate communication during crises.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze media coverage to assess PR campaign effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on media outreach, public perception, and PR campaign performance.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in PR, preferably within the media, advertising, or entertainment sectors.
- **Skills**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent media relations and networking abilities.
- Experience in content creation, storytelling, and brand messaging.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in PR software, media monitoring tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the media landscape and emerging trends in public relations.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in crisis communications.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital PR strategies.
- Knowledge of the advertising industry and its various media channels.
