**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Teaching**:Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and workshops in various mathematics courses. Develop and update course materials to ensure they align with academic standards and emerging trends. Foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students.

**Research**:Engage in active research in mathematics and related fields, with a focus on contributing to scholarly publications. Collaborate with colleagues and students on research projects. Stay current with developments in mathematics and related disciplines.

**Curriculum Development**:Contribute to the development and enhancement of the mathematics curriculum. Incorporate innovative teaching methods and technologies into course delivery. Ensure that course content is aligned with industry needs and academic best practices.

**Academic Advising**:Advise and mentor students on academic matters, including course selection and career planning. Encourage and support student research initiatives, projects, and academic development.

**Departmental Service**:Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and academic events. Assist in administrative tasks related to program management and accreditation.
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a vibrant academic community.

**Professional Development**:Engage in ongoing professional development through conferences, workshops, and research activities. Pursue opportunities for further education and skill enhancement.

**Qualifications & Experiences**:

- Minimum 3 years experience as a mathematics lecturer in a engineering college
- Demonstrated expertise in mathematics with a record of research and scholarly contributions.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute positively to the academic environment.
- Familiarity with educational technologies and online teaching platforms is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
