Position : Customer Support Executive (Immediate Joiner)

Salary : 18k to 25k
Work Days : 6 days
**Responsibilities**:
- Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns.
- Provide assistance with order inquiries, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as shipping and billing, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds using the eCommerce platform accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior representatives or supervisors.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide excellent customer service.
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics.
- Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field
- 1 - 4 years of customer service experience, preferably in an eCommerce environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in eCommerce platforms and customer service software.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
