Designation: Customer Support Executive

Location: Noida

**The key expectations of the role**:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat and call, providing accurate information and assistance related to our products and services.
- Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide guidance on product usage and benefits professionally and courteously.
- Efficiently manage a high volume of chat conversations on a daily basis while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
- Proactively engage with customers to identify potential leads and opportunities, and convert leads into sales.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer queries and promote offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries for future reference and analysis.
- Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall chat support experience.
- Work closely with other team members, including sales and marketing, to ensure alignment and provide support as needed.

**Competencies required**:

- Prior experience in chat support or customer service roles is preferred, with the ability to handle a large volume of chats effectively
- Strong understanding of health, wellness, Ayurveda, and Yoga principles and practices**.**
- Basic understanding of sales principles and the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Knowledge of MS Office Applications.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum experience of 1-3 years.
- Having Knowledge of women’s health and fitness would be preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
