**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive
**Location**: Noida (Onsite)
**Shift Timing**: Night Shift (US Hours - 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST)
**Working Days**: 5/6 days a week (as per company policy)
**Note**: _No cab facility provided_
**Flexibility**: May be required to work in flexible shifts as per operational needs
**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues.
- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service.
- Adapt to changing operational requirements and support business needs.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 6 months - 1 year in a similar customer support role (BPO/KPO/EdTech/Service Industry preferred).
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic operational requirements and shift changes.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
