**Position**: Customer Support Executive (International BPO)**Experience Required**:

- **6 months to 1 year** of **International BPO** experience (mandatory)

- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills** - crystal clear, confident, and globally understandable.

**Your Role**

As a **Customer Support Executive**, you’ll be the voice of Tradeflock. You’ll interact with international clients, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for every customer interaction.

**What You’ll Do**
- Provide exceptional service to international clients across various time zones
- Maintain call logs and report customer interactions with accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Uphold company values while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor

**What We’re Looking For**
- Prior **International BPO** experience (6-12 months preferred)
- Strong command of **English communication** - both verbal and written
- Customer-centric mindset with a calm, solution-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
