Key Responsibilities:
1. Menu Creation:

- Design and develop an authentic Italian menu featuring appetizers, main courses, desserts, and specials.
- Innovate with seasonal ingredients to keep the menu fresh and exciting.

2. Food Preparation:

- Prepare and present Italian dishes with exceptional taste and presentation.
- Ensure high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.

3. Team Leadership:

- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring they follow recipes and maintain quality standards.
- Assign tasks and manage workflow within the kitchen.

4. Inventory and Cost Management:

- Monitor stock levels and ensure the availability of fresh ingredients.
- Manage food costs while maintaining quality and portion control.

5. Quality Control:

- Maintain consistency in flavor, presentation, and quality of all dishes.
- Regularly inspect raw materials and ensure compliance with food safety standards.

6. Customer Interaction (Optional):

- Engage with customers to explain the menu or gather feedback on dishes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Italian Chef in a high-quality restaurant.
- In-depth knowledge of Italian cuisine, from pasta and pizza to regional specialties.
- Creativity in presenting traditional recipes with a modern twist.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent certification is preferred.
