We are looking for a skilled Tandoor Commis with 2-5 years of experience to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and working with tandoors.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using tandoors, including pizzas, bread, and other Italian cuisine.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area.
  • Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Monitor and control inventory of ingredients and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop new recipes and menu ideas to keep culinary offerings fresh.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a chef or cook in a professional kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of tandoor operation and maintenance.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
