**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement Coordination**:

- Interact with procurement heads of big MNCs to facilitate smooth communication.
- Prepare and submit proposals and quotations in a professional manner.
- **Invoicing and Financial Transactions**:

- Generate accurate invoices and follow up on payments.
- Manage petty cash, ensuring proper tracking and documentation of expenses.
- **Payroll and Leave Management**:

- Prepare monthly salaries for employees and maintain payroll records.
- Keep accurate records of employee leaves and attendance.
- **GST Calculations and Compliance**:

- Perform GST calculations and assist with basic GST return preparation.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting in compliance with applicable tax laws.
- **Record Keeping and Administration**:

- Maintain organized records of proposals, invoices, financial data, and employee records.
- Assist in general administrative tasks as required to support daily operations.
- **Tally Software Utilization**:

- Record and manage financial transactions using **Tally software**.
- Prepare financial reports as needed, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any related field.
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in office administration, procurement support, and financial management.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Tally software**.
- Knowledge of **GST calculations** and invoicing.
- Strong command of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Basic understanding of salary preparation and petty cash management.

- Proactive, reliable, and a team player.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Professional demeanor while interacting with procurement heads and clients.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
