Responsible for making hotel reservations worldwide for request received from reservation centre and the passengers.
- Liaising with suppliers and hotels for request of rooms as per customers requirement.
- Knowledge rules of hotels (room occupancy, child policies, concept of board basis (i.e. bed breakfast/half board/full board etc).
- Creating vouchers on confirming with the suppliers and the customers.

Build relationships with suppliers and Liaising and negotiating rates with suppliers for hotel products.
- Should have the experience of handling queries over the phones and target oriented.
- Sales support of hotel for B2B and retail customers.
- Requested rooms searching different bed banks ,our in house system and getting cheaper prices for up sell bookings or ha cards for all customers(office ,B2B and B2C).
- Minimum 2-4Years of experience in backend/ back office Hotels Fulfilment division.
- Good working knowledge of hotel terminology etc.
- Excellent communication skills and good customer service skills.
- Willingness to work under UK timing.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
