**Role Description**

**Qualifications**:
Prior experience in a hotel reservation or related sales and customer service role
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
Proficiency in using reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
Degree or certification in hospitality management or related field preferred but not required
