Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mawal for a Reservations Agent at Machan Resorts LLP. As a Reservations Agent, you will handle reservation inquiries through various channels, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain accurate booking records. You will assist guests with accommodation details, address their concerns, ensure a smooth booking process, and perform receptionist duties as required, contributing to a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and handling Reservations efficiently
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication capabilities
  • Proficiency in performing Receptionist Duties and managing guest interactions
  • Ability to multitask, exhibit problem-solving skills, and work effectively on-site
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry and familiarity with reservation systems is an advantage
  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
