Key Responsibilities:

- Handle room reservation inquiries from OTAs, direct bookings, and travel agents.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of reservation records in the system.
- Collaborate with operations and front office teams for seamless guest experiences.
- Respond promptly to guest queries, providing solutions tailored to their needs.

What We're Looking For:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Intermediate proficiency in computer systems and reservation software.
- A professional and friendly telephone manner.
- Previous experience in a reservations or customer service role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and booking systems is a plus.
