We are currently assisting one of our clients in hiring a dynamic Telesales Executive to join their team in the electric vehicle segment.
**Job Overview**: We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our client’s team in Jagatpura, Jaipur. The Telesales Executive will play a critical role in generating leads, driving sales, and fostering customer relationships through effective telephonic communication.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for electric vehicles.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through detailed needs analysis.
- **Sales Conversion**:
- Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of electric vehicles to prospective customers.
- Convert leads into sales by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Sales Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and lead information in the CRM system.
- Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation, sales activities, and performance metrics to the management team.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the field sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads and support their sales efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives.
- **Market Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies in the electric vehicle sector.
- Gather and report customer feedback and market insights to the management team.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or a similar role, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle industry.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers over the phone.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
