At Urban Talkies, we're seeking an **Associate Creative Producer** who contributes to the growth and management of a video production agency. Someone who can plan and execute client briefs into real life production. Urban Talkies Studios is a specialised video production wing of Urban Talkies, a creative digital agency, with a mission to make brands and businesses visually better and digitally stronger. We work with companies of all scale and sizes and help them with their video production requirements.

We also serve as an extended video production partner for leading creative and marketing agencies in India to help them serve their clients better.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and execution of creative projects, ensuring they meet the brief, budget, and timeline.
- Collaborate with clients, understanding their vision and objectives, and translating these into executable projects.
- Coordinate with directors, cinematographers, editors, and other production staff to ensure a seamless production process.
- Manage script development, location scouting, casting, and post-production processes.
- Drive creative brainstorming sessions and ensure the creative team has the resources and direction needed for innovative output.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies to keep Urban Talkies at the forefront of digital media production.
- Ability to lead by example.
- A solid understanding of production processes and workflows.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of video execution and ideation.
- Strategic thinking and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to execute work with team members and other departments.
- Professional approach to creativity, time, costs and deadline.
- Introduce new concepts and ideas that may align with brand initiatives of projects.

**Requirements**:

- An experience of 1 to 4 years in a Production House or a Creative Agency handling end-to-end videography, photography and edit projects.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Creative Producer or in a similar creative role in video production or digital media.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong creative vision with an excellent sense of storytelling and narrative development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and clients.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Location - Shivalik, New Delhi (Near Saket)
