We're Hiring: Video Producer Intern (Intern → Full-Time Opportunity)

Korero Creative House is looking for a Video Producer Intern who's equally comfortable behind the camera and on the ground making sure shoots run flawlessly.

From shooting live events to managing production schedules and expenses, you'll be at the heart of how we bring creative ideas to life.

What You'll Do

  • Operate camera equipment during live events, artist shoots, and BTS captures
  • Coordinate shoot logistics — book venues, arrange equipment, schedule crew & talent
  • Be on-ground during shoots to manage smooth execution (setup, talent, run sheets)
  • Liaise with artists, clients, and vendors to ensure timelines are met
  • Maintain production expense sheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and collect all bills/receipts
  • Handle shoot-related documentation (permissions, contracts, invoices)
  • Support the creative team with pre-production planning and post-production handovers

What We're Looking For

  • Basic to intermediate camera operation skills (DSLR/mirrorless)
  • Understanding of framing, focus, lighting basics, and audio capture
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, on-ground environments (late nights/weekends during events)
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for expense tracking
  • Great communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams
  • Bonus: Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro / After Effects)
