**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Content/Creative Producer to manage and oversee the development and execution of compelling visual content for corporate events. This role bridges the gap between creative ideation and production execution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality video, motion graphics, and presentation content that aligns with client objectives and event themes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and clients to conceptualize and develop event-specific content.
- Lead content production from briefing to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and creative quality are met.
- Manage internal creative teams (editors, animators, designers) and coordinate with external vendors or freelancers.
- Translate client briefs into production-ready scripts, storyboards, and content outlines.
- Oversee video shoots, motion graphics production, voice-over recordings, and post-production.
- Ensure all visual content is on-brand, visually engaging, and tailored to the event experience.
- Work closely with event managers and technical teams to ensure content is optimized for different event formats and display technologies (LED walls, projection mapping, immersive screens, etc.).
- Manage and maintain content libraries, production documents, and asset databases.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience as a content producer, creative producer, or similar role, preferably in the events or media industry.
- Strong understanding of video production, animation workflows, and presentation design.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), MS PowerPoint / Google Slides.
- Familiarity with corporate event formats, AV setup, and production pipelines.
- Strong communication skills and client-facing experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Background in visual communication, media production, or event design.
- Experience with generative AI tools for ideation or concept development is a plus.
- Understanding of branding and storytelling within corporate contexts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

- Night shift
