**Position Title**: Creative Producer for a YouTube Channel

**Job Overview**: We are in search of an inventive Creative Producer to spearhead the production of compelling and informative content for YouTube channel, which focuses on facts and general knowledge. This role is pivotal in shaping educational yet engaging videos that appeal to a wide audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative concepts for YouTube shorts and long-form content centered around facts and general knowledge.
- Manage the entire production process to ensure content is informative, engaging, and accurate.
- Work closely with scriptwriters, editors, and motion graphic designers to produce high-quality educational content in Hinglish (i.e. Hindi mixed with basic English).
- Regularly research and integrate new and interesting facts and knowledge trends into content.
- Oversee project timelines and ensuring efficient production flow with quality output.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in producing digital content (if you have experience in educational or informational digital that will be counted as an advantage).
- Strong grasp & keen interest of general knowledge and research skills.
- Avid consumer of educational/informational digital content.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced and creative environment.
- Creative vision with a keen eye for detail.

**Work Environment**:

- Hybrid arrangement, primarily work-from-home with occasional in-office collaboration.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
