You should be: - **Creative**: You have lots of ideas and your own creative vision. - **Skilled**: You have experience in video editing, cinematography, and production. - **Adaptable**: You're open to feedback and willing to work across different projects and tasks. - **Collaborative**: You thrive in a team environment and value everyone's input. - **Enthusiastic**: You bring energy and passion to your work. **Key Responsibilities**: - Be one of the leads in the development and execution of creative video projects for both in-house brands and clients, ensuring they meet the brief, budget, and timeline. - Be one of our lead cinematographers & editor for production projects. - Decide on the angles, filters, film stock, framing, equipment, lighting, sound and techniques that will be used to create the desired atmosphere of the film. - Coordinate with directors, videographers, editors, and other production staff to ensure a seamless production process. - Work closely with the creative team to enhance the existing video processes for clients. - Collaborate with account managers and business development executives to understand and execute client briefs. - Handle and manage a team of video editor(s), and support other members of the video production team. - Review and enhance the work done by editors and the video team before final approval is given. - Provide regular training and knowledge sharing with the in-house production team. - Execute video projects PAN India with suitable teams and resources. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies to keep Urban Talkies at the forefront of digital media production. **Requirements**: - Minimum 1-4 years of experience in video editing, cinematography, and production within an advertising agency or production house. - Proficiency in understanding video editing softwares such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. - Skilled in operating cameras and creating visual storyboards. - Strong creative vision with an excellent sense of storytelling and narrative development. - Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines. - Passion for video production and creating visually engaging content. - Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment and manage feedback from various stakeholders. **Benefits**: - Flexible working hours - CTC range as per prior experience and skill - INR 4,50,000- 6,00,000 **To Apply**:
