Be the ‘creative’ element of the creative team, devising and facilitating brand new digital film ideas and concepts across different formats. Not just following trends, but setting them.
- Be an active part of regular creative sessions to ensure circulation of creative ideas and concepts
- Be proficient in preparing pitches, decks and deep understanding of budgeting and production of fiction and non-fiction videos.
- Closely follow the performance of video creatives across all onboarded in order to understand internal trends and developments.
- Comfortable with public speaking, pitching and defending ideas.
- Overseeing the execution of the production from a creative standpoint on multiple series and films simultaneously.
- Building strong network with creative professionals in the industry
- Constantly looking for new ways for the creative team to work in order to improve efficiency and help with creativity.

Ø **Required Qualifications & Experience**
- 6+ years of experience in producing and ideating for branded videos as creative director, creative producer, director, writer.
- Leading complex video projects with multiple stakeholders on tight deadlines.
- Has previously worked with a network, ad. agency, studio, or production house.
- Has a deep understanding of the digital content landscape in India.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- A strong understanding of branding nuance, products and core messaging.
- Production experience across logistics, technical and creative.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
