**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and execution of creative video projects for in-house and client brands — from concept to final delivery.
- Act as chief cinematographer and editor on video productions.
- Interpret scripts, character arcs, and brand narratives into compelling visual formats.
- Decide on camera angles, lighting setups, sound design, filters, and visual techniques to create the desired mood and atmosphere.
- Coordinate with directors, DOPs, editors, and production teams for smooth shoot execution.
- Collaborate with account managers and BD team to understand and translate client briefs into production-ready content.
- Supervise and mentor junior editors and production staff, providing regular feedback and training.
- Review, refine, and approve all video edits before delivery.
- Oversee execution of video projects across PAN India using vetted teams and resources.
- Constantly explore new creative formats, production tools, and post-production workflows to elevate video quality.

**Requirements**:

- 1-4 years of hands-on experience in video editing, cinematography, and production (agency or production house background preferred).
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Skilled in camera operation, visual storyboarding, and lighting design.
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and shot composition.
- Ability to lead creative decisions under tight timelines and deliver projects on schedule.
- Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously while managing stakeholder feedback.
- A team player with strong communication and leadership skills.
- Open to working from the office 5 days a week.
