A digital media producer oversees the production of digital media content, including video, audio, and interactive media. This may include working on everything from short social media videos to longer-form web series and podcasts. The digital media producer is responsible for managing all aspects of the production process, from idea development and pre-production planning to oversee the technical aspects of the shoot and post-production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and pitch ideas for digital media content
- Create and manage budgets and schedules for digital media projects
- Oversee all aspects of the production process, including pre-production planning, location scouting, casting, and talent management
- Hire and manage crew and contractors as needed
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure that all equipment and technology are properly set up and functioning
- Oversee the editing and post-production process, including colour grading and sound design
- Work with the marketing and distribution team to ensure that the final product is delivered to the appropriate platforms and audiences

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience in producing digital media content, including video and audio
