Visually Strong & Conceptual: You have a sharp design sense and can create compelling visuals that align with a brand’s voice and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and produce on-brand visual content for social media, campaigns, and client projects.
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, and graphics in line with brand guidelines and project goals.
- Collaborate with content, video, and marketing teams to elevate the visual output.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute visual ideas that enhance the creative strategy.
- Stay updated with design trends, digital formats, and platform-specific visual nuances.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining both quality and speed.

**Requirements**:

- 1- 3 years of experience in graphic design (internship or agency experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a bonus).
- Prior marketing agency experience is an added advantage.
- Understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for creativity and originality.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute actively to a creative team.
- Open to working from the office 5 days a week (South Delhi).
