**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Sales Leadership**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue goals and market share growth.
- Align sales operations with the company’s strategic objectives and long-term vision.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
**Sales Operations Management**:
- Oversee daily sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Implement and maintain effective CRM systems to streamline sales processes and enhance team productivity.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
**Team Leadership and Development**:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance team skills and performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and address underperformance proactively.
**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or escalations promptly.
**Financial Oversight**:
- Prepare and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with finance teams to forecast revenue and manage sales expenses.
- Ensure pricing strategies and sales contracts align with profitability goals.
**Collaboration and Communication**:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for sales activities.
- Communicate sales performance and updates to senior management regularly.
**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
**Experience**:
- 10+ years of experience in sales operations or management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in [industry].
**Skills**:
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent understanding of sales processes, CRM tools, and analytics.
