**Sales Operations Management**:
- Oversee daily sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.

- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
**Team Leadership and Development**:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance team skills and performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and address underperformance proactively.
**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or escalations promptly.
**Financial Oversight**:
- Prepare and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
