**Position**:
**Technical specification**:

- 5 years of experience in IT support roles, with a focus on Intune, Office 365, and desktop support.
- Knowledge of networking principles and protocols.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (e.g., Subnet, TCP/IP, UDP, tcpdump DNS, DHCP, Firewall).
- Maintain IT inventory for hardware, software licenses, and cloud resources. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Circulation Limited: Client Version x.x Month yyyy 2
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus

**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support to end-users on hardware, software, and network-related issues. Install, configure, and upgrade desktop hardware and software as needed.
- Respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner and resolve issues efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, backups, and patches.
- Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations for future reference. Stay up to date with the latest IT trends and technologies to recommend improvements.
