Impact you will have in this role 1 Design implement and maintain observability systems PagerDuty that monitor analyze and report on the health and performance of software applications and infrastructure 2 Manage and configure PagerDuty for effective incident response and on-call management 3 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance 4 Integrate observability tools PagerDuty with IT infrastructure components such as Splunk Dynatrace Grafana and ServiceNow 5 Provide technical guidance and training to team members on observability best practices 6 Proficient in both written Office applications and verbal communication adept at conveying complex information clearly and concisely Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of related experience Bachelor s degree preferred or equivalent experience Talents Needed for Success Experience in PagerDuty with IT infrastructure components such as Splunk
