- 3. Developing new business models for the VUCA world
New Revenue Streams identification, Business case & Pilot

**Qualifications**
- Bachelors (In Any) + MBA from premium B school
- **Experience**

8 - 12 years of experience from consulting background / Agri background

Experience in executing strategy projects, product development, sales/service projects or worked in PD, Sales/service functions

**Industry Preferred**

Consulting/FMCG/ Agri Tech or agri based
- Skills
Good knowledge of Business Processes
- Good understanding of new technologies and it's implementation
- Knowledge of finance - Business Case development, key financial metrics

**General Requirements**
- Good understanding of Business and its eco system
- Understand the cause-and-effect linkages
- Generative abilities - Grasp abstract ideas and build the pieces to form a coherent picture
- Research Orientation & Breadth
- Communication & Networking skills
