The position is with Well known company and they are looking for DGM - Group Strategy (Insurance )

Job Objective

Support the Group President - Strategy on internal Group/ Company level strategy assignments that will shape the future direction of the Group. The primary focus areas will be in the space of Insurance & Financial Services

Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct deep analysis in the focus areas, derive insights and make recommendations in line with the overall Group strategy
  • Keep abreast of global trends, key business and regulatory updates in focus areas and track the competitive space
  • Contribute in brainstorming and ideation sessions, bringing forth relevant ideas and insights, clearly outlining the "so what" from the same
  • Prepare key executive level documents to showcase relevant insights and imperatives, as part of the overall Group Strategy
  • Identify new business opportunities (both organic and inorganic)/ potential partnerships/ acquisitions and evaluate the strategic viability and fit in the existing/future planned portfolio
  • Facilitate the high-quality execution of the Group strategy in Group Companies
  • Support the Group Companies in their strategy formulation and annual operating plans as required
  • Establish and Monitor key metrics to evaluate strategic and operational performance of business entities
