Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AGM/DGM (L&OD) based in Bangalore. The AGM/DGM (L&OD) will be responsible for overseeing and executing learning and organizational development initiatives, designing and implementing training programs, conducting needs assessments, and evaluating the effectiveness of training. The role includes collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify skill gaps, developing strategies to enhance employee performance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) and Training Development
  • Proficiency in conducting Needs Assessments and Program Evaluations
  • Capability in Stakeholder Management and Strategic Planning
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to lead and develop teams
  • Familiarity with the engineering and construction industry
  • Relevant certifications in L&OD or HR are a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
