QUALIFICATIONS: B. Tech/ M. Tech Civil/PGDM (NICMAR)

EXPERIENCE: 15-20 years of relevant experience.

LOCATION: PAREL MUMBAI

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Effective co-ordination between the HO & the site planning team.
  • Removing bottlenecks for site and HO operations
  • Highlighting the critical issues to the management and providing necessary solution or alternate to resolve the issue.
  • Monitoring at HO level, the overall Plan vs Actual Projects execution status and providing feedback to management.
  • Review of Master Schedule and get it approved from Management
  • Follow up of Timely approval of WO and PO as per DOA
  • Follow up of Timely approval of amendments & approval notes
  • Any kind of Value Engineering and Delay analysis
  • Follow up for Processing of timely payments of contractors / vendors
  • Sign off schedule with all contractors.
  • Provision of necessary resources and guidance to the site planning team.
  • Resolution of any queries w.r.t the planning process.
  • Exploration, Adaptation and Implementation of New Technology / Methodology w.r.t planning process.
