Designation: Marketing Head (AGM/DGM/GM)

Division : Acute Care

Experience : Minimum 15 years in product management (at least 5 years in acute care)

Package : Up to 50 LPA

Location : Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the proactive development of the marketing and promotional mix
    to align with brand objectives and address evolving customer needs.
  • Monitor business performance and market dynamics
    using appropriate analytical tools, implementing timely corrective actions to ensure the achievement of business objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with external agencies
    to develop and execute brand initiatives that drive engagement and impact.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient budget management
    across all brand-related activities, maintaining fiscal responsibility and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Develop and implement operational plans
    tailored to the brand's lifecycle, optimising ROI and assuming full accountability for the brand's performance and all associated programmes.
  • Apply core marketing principles
    to meet customer needs, leveraging deep disease and market understanding to generate actionable customer insights using validated tools and methodologies.
  • Foster a high-performing team environment
    , supporting team development and managing external partners to collectively deliver against shared goals.
  • Serve as the brand champion
    , inspiring internal stakeholders and external partners by driving brand passion, clarity, and consistency.
  • Set clear objectives and manage P&L
    , contributing to specialty area growth and long-term strategic development.
