Job Title: Sales Executive - Building Materials and Construction Services

Reports to: Sales Manager/ Business Head

Location: Kowdiar, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. *Generate Sales Leads*: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.

2. *Build Relationships*: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth.

4. *Sales Presentations*: Deliver persuasive sales presentations to customers, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services.

5. *Negotiate and Close Deals*: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close sales deals and meet sales targets.

6. *Account Management*: Manage existing customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for repeat business.

7. *Market Intelligence*: Gather market intelligence on competitors, industry trends, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.

8. *Sales Reporting*: Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Performance Metrics:
1. *Sales Revenue*: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue targets.

2. *Sales Growth*: Achieve year-over-year sales growth of at least 15%.

3. *Customer Acquisition*: Acquire a minimum of 5 new customers per quarter.

4. *Customer Retention*: Maintain a customer retention rate of at least 80%.

**Requirements**:
1. *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. (Optional)

2. *Experience*: Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the building materials or construction industry. (Flexible)

3. *Skills*: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

4. *Language*: Fluency in English and local languages (e.g., Malayalam, Tamil, etc.).
