Main responsibilities of the Office Secretary
- Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages and handling
- correspondence.
- maintaining diaries or maintaining company schedules and arranging
appointments.
- typing, preparing, and collating reports.

- organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
- managing databases.
- prioritizing workloads.
Qualification
Degree Any stream with 5yrs experience in similar field will be immediately placed.
