Job description of Personal Secretary:
- answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
- typing, preparing and collating reports
- filing
- organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
- managing databases
- prioritising workloads
- implementing new procedures and administrative systems
- liaising with relevant organisations and clients
- coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
- logging or processing bills or expenses
- acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
Personal Secretary required skills:
- Diploma in Secretarial Practice
- Excellent communication skills.
- Creative thinking skills.
- The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
- Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- 1st Phase, JP Nagar,, Bengaluru - 560078, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
