**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and people-friendly **Onboarding Partner** to help us identify, engage, and onboard skilled and semi-skilled workers such as ironers, dry cleaners, and delivery staff for our laundry services. This role involves **field visits**, **direct communication with workers**, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for every new joiner.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit local areas (laundry hubs, ironing points, pressing shops, etc.) to find potential workers.
- Introduce them to our company’s offerings, explain the job role, and encourage them to join.
- Collect necessary documents and assist in completing onboarding formalities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential recruits and ensure they feel supported.
- Work closely with the internal team to match manpower needs with field availability.
- Build a strong network and talent pool of skilled workers for future requirements.
- Act as a bridge between new hires and the operations team to ensure a positive first impression.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing (any stream).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - must be comfortable talking to all kinds of people.
- Willing to work on-ground and travel within local zones.
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or field sales is a plus.
- Should be street-smart, trustworthy, and willing to learn.
