**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Executive at Urja Mobility, you will be responsible for driving sales of our battery leasing and electric vehicle leasing solutions across L2, L3, and L5 categories. You will work with both B2B and B2C segments to expand our market presence, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to our mission of advancing sustainable mobility solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Retail Sales**:

- Drive retail sales of battery leasing solutions to individual customers.
- Identify opportunities in the local market and ensure consistent customer engagement.

**2. Dealer and Franchise Onboarding**:

- Identify and onboard new dealers and franchise partners to expand the company’s distribution network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and franchise partners to ensure mutual growth.
- Provide training and marketing support to dealers/franchises to enhance sales performance.

**3. B2B and OEM Client Onboarding**:

- Identify and acquire B2B clients, including fleet operators, logistics companies, and other corporate users.
- Develop strategic partnerships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to enhance business opportunities.
- Create tailored solutions to meet the needs of business clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

**4. Business Growth in B2B and B2C Segments**:

- Devise and implement sales strategies to grow the B2B and B2C segments.
- Explore untapped markets and innovative approaches to increase market penetration.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

**5. Customer Handling and Relationship Management**:

- Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

**6. Market Collections**:

- Ensure timely and accurate collections from customers and partners to maintain a healthy cash flow.
- Monitor payment cycles and implement strategies to minimize delays or defaults.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2-5 years in sales, preferably in the EV, battery leasing, or related industry.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Negotiation and relationship management expertise.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- EV or Battery Sales: 1 year (required)
- Lithion Battery Knowledge: 1 year (preferred)
